Maggie May's May Blog
Almost half the year gone already.
Been kept very busy this month by Susie J. She gets me
these puppy sitting jobs without asking me first – the
cheek.
This new job for me is a Cavalier
King Charles Spaniel called Savvy Blanc who will be
staying with us for quite a while it seems. She is a
pleasant little thing and a bit on the dippy side but is
learning new things every day. She now knows not to
chase the cat or eat his food, she stays out of the
kitchen, walks nicely on her leash, sits and lies down
and stays, just need Susie J to teach her not to swing
on my ears and bite my tail. The things I have to put up
with – I think I should get danger money heh heh it
could be paid in extra portions of Ziwipeak treats.
Susie J has also been to give the
SPCA some FREE dog training vouchers to give out to
people that buy a puppy from them. Feel really sorry
for those puppies I do – hope they all get super homes
like me. Susie J is talking about dressing me and Savvy
Blanc up for this Dog Parade in Mount Maunganui on
Sunday 6th May at 11-2 in Coronation Park.
The SPCA are doing a sausage sizzle so hope we get one
or two sausages for dressing up yumyum that would make
up for it. No doubt Susie J will be taking photos to put
on the website. (Oh the shame) Haven't seen the costumes
yet.
It seems Susie J has still got that
special offer on as the phone is constantly ringing
these days . She is also starting some sort of puppy
training and socialization classes soon. I hear they are
going to be so much fun that the pups won't even realise
they are being trained, I know how that works cos she
does it with me too!!! It should be starting in June
sometime maybe if you give her a call she can let you
know a bit more about it. Anyway that's all from me for
this month. Keep up with the training all of you and I
shall endeavor to keep Savvy Blanc from my ears and tail
ggggrrrrrrrrr!!
Anyway woof woof till next month. Maggie May
Keep up with all the training you
guys and if you get stuck then just give Susie J a call
and she will sort out any doggie issues for you.
